Return & Refund Policy

At Dreams Book Store, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The book received is damaged.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• The product has manufacturing defects.

Return Request

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Books damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• Books purchased by mistake after delivery.
• Digital products (if applicable).

Refund Process

After verifying the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
